Cariuma Sneakers

Dame Helen Mirren catapulted Cariuma to fame when she wore their bright green OCA Low sneakers to Cannes in 2021. For every pair of the self-proclaimed “good-looking, crazy-comfy, consciously made” Brazilian sneaks you purchase, the brand plants a pair of trees in the Brazilian rainforest. The B Corp makes its shoes from an assortment of virtuous materials, including recycled plastics, sugarcane, bamboo, organic cotton, cork, Bluesign-certified dyes, and leather from tanneries rated Gold by the Leather Working Group. We love Cariuma’s collabs with National Geographic, Star Wars, Peanuts, Pantone, and more. Oh, and a fun fact we love: Skateboarders, apparently, wear through one shoe much quicker than the other. Cariuma sells singles so that skaters can replace just the shoe they need, a very cool and oh-so-logical way to reduce waste.
