Dear Reader,
It has been a week of acknowledging the value of education and nature, and today’s Feel-Good Friday is about the sun shining on U.S. schools. In the 2022-2023 school year alone, more than 800 schools added solar panels — at least one school a day for the school year. And besides being great news for the planet, solar panels also allow schools to reinvest the money saved on utility bills into their communities and give students apprenticeship opportunities.
